AISD and RRISD Online Placement System

This system will allow you to both view AISD and RRISD cooperating teachers who are available to host preservice teachers and assign your students to those placements.

As soon as you click on the link below, you will be asked for your EID and password. You must be authorized to use this system in order to gain access. All University Coordinators are automatically authorized. University Facilitators will need to attend a training session held by the Education Services Office in order to be authorized. Please contact Christal Rosa at christalrosa@mail.utexas.edu for more information about University Facilitator authorization.

If a school has a primary coordinator, please contact the coordinator before making any placements in that school.  If you have any questions about primary coordinators or need to change the schools to which you are assigned, please contact Christal Rosa at christalrosa@mail.utexas.edu.

Spring 2010 Placement Timeline

September 30	UT coordinators may begin sending out applications to AISD CTs
October 5	UT coordinators may begin sending out applications to RRISD CTs
October 14	Due date for all CT applications to be turned in to AISD
October 16	Due date for all CT applications to be turned in to RRISD
October 28 - November 13	Placement Period: UT coordinators enter AISD and RRISD placements online and submit placement worksheets for all other district placements
November 13	Last day to submit placements online or to Christal for Spring 2010
December 2	Official communication to both AISD and RRISD CTs may begin here
December 15	Principals are notified of all placements on their campuses
January 11	Mandatory RRISD Apprentice Teacher Orientation 8:30 a.m. @ Old Hopewell Meeting Center Note: ATs should arrive at 8:15 a.m. for badge pictures to be made
January 15	Mandatory RRISD Apprentice Teacher Orientation Make-Up 8:30 a.m. @ Old Hopewell Meeting Center Note: ATs should arrive at 8:15 a.m. for badge pictures to be made
TBD	AISD Mandatory AT Orientation and Optional Substitute Orientation
